1. Provide sufficient vehicles to evacuate people as and when requested by the district disaster management authority.

2. Special rates for vehicle usage during disaster situations should be fixed in discussion with the state disaster management authority.

3. If the buses are used for relief work, list them as follows and submit them to the secretary, disaster management authority through K.S.R.T.C M.D. The amount approved by the Executive Committee will be available centrally.
